• Approval of Academic Council actions from October 18, 2011
• Dean's Report     

             -Ad Hoc Annual Performance Review Committee         
             -Associate Deans
             -Realigning budgets and budget request 
             -Department Chair Nominations
             -Continuing discussions with Nanci Tessier
